We are now back in the newly refurbished studio and catching up on orders placed in February with a dispatch time of 4-6 weeks. We deliver to the United Kingdom and United States. Our standard delivery to the UK is 1st Class Royal Mail and Signed For 1st Class for larger orders.
EU & USA orders are sent by International standard for accessories and International Tracked & Signed for larger orders. International delivery to Europe takes 3 to 5 working days and 5 to 7 working days to arrive in United States.

"Ready to dispatch" Items are dispatched within 1-2 weeks and "Made to Order" items take 3-4 weeks depending on workload and availability of fabrics. If you required a rushed order, please contact us with the date and we will try our best to accommodate.
Our clothing is made to UK standard Children's sizes. If you require any further information or would like to take advantage of our "Made to Measure" service, please contact us.
All cotton items are machine washable at 40 degrees. Fairy dresses are recommended to be handwashed and tutus should be spot cleaned.
It is our aim to provide high quality childrenswear which is handmade to the highest standard with love and care.
All Children's Accessories should be worn with supervision. As with all clothing, outfits should always be kept away from fire, lit candles and all naked flames.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your options. No refunds on custom orders will be offered due to the uniqueness of the item.
